As Young Futures’ inaugural challenge, The Lonely Hearts Club set out to tackle one of the defining paradoxes of our time: feeling lonely in a world more connected than ever. This $1M initiative empowered changemakers to design practical, scalable solutions programs, tools and creative resources that help teens, pre-teens and the adults who love them.
