"One of the most impactful aspects of the Academy has been the space it created for authentic connection and reflection. Being surrounded by other purpose-driven leaders reminded me that I don’t have to carry everything alone. There’s power in shared vision and vulnerability. Professionally, the structure and accountability helped me sharpen my focus around scaling and branding, and personally, it gave me the reminder I didn’t know I needed: that building something meaningful doesn’t have to come at the cost of my peace. The combination of community, strategy, and soul made this experience feel like more than just a program, it felt like alignment."
