By including AI content in our digital wellness trainings and resources, we will equip adults to confidently guide youth through AI dilemmas, generate richer intergenerational conversations that build critical thinking, expand networks of support around each family, and build community norms that strengthen youth agency, connection, and emotional wellbeing related to AI.
