Tracy Foster

Tracy Foster is the CEO and co-founder of Screen Sanity, guiding the organization’s vision and strategy. She contributes to publications such as The Wall Street Journal and has co-authored two books on digital wellness for families. Previously, she spent 15 years as a management consultant at Mercer and FSG, helping global organizations design strategies for lasting social impact. A Northwestern University graduate, she is passionate about rethinking cultural norms around technology and play in children’s development.
