

Alise Dixon
Alise Dixon is a visionary leader in youth development with more than 18 years of experience driving innovation, strategy, and impact within the Boys and Girls Club movement. Originally from Cleveland, OH, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Wright State University and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.
Alise’s journey began as a part-time Dance Instructor at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dayton, where she blended creativity with education to inspire youth. Her dedication quickly propelled her into leadership roles, including Education Director, where she pioneered programs that combined academic support with enrichment opportunities.
As Operations Director in Amarillo, TX, Alise oversaw an unprecedented expansion, growing the organization from 1 site to 13 across 4 school districts. Her leadership not only strengthened operations but also positioned the Clubs as a critical partner in education and youth success.
She later served as the National Director of Quality Improvement and Member Engagement at Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where she championed strategies to embed Continuous Quality Improvement in Clubs nationwide. She played a pivotal role in enhancing flagship programs such as Youth of the Year and Keystone, while also building national training initiatives that elevated staff capacity and youth outcomes.
Today, Alise serves as the Chief Program Officer for Boys and Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, where she leads the strategic design and execution of the organization’s BEST Program Model. Through the integration of Behavioral Health, Edutainment, Sports, and Talent and Innovation, she ensures youth build the five forms of capital—human, cultural, social, economic, and wellness—needed for economic mobility. Her leadership has resulted in groundbreaking initiatives such as Industry Clubs, health-tech partnerships, and innovative STEAM programming that prepare youth to be career, start-up, and homeowner ready.
Alise is recognized for her ability to scale bold ideas, forge transformative partnerships, and create program models that are both visionary and replicable. Her strengths lie in reimagining what’s possible for youth, aligning teams around big-picture strategies, and ensuring that every program is rooted in equity, innovation, and long-term impact.

Since 1926, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan has continued to be that safe space for youth to learn and have fun, while providing them with the economic, cultural, and social capital needed to become career, start up and homeowner ready and proficient.
