Brandon Wiley

Brandon Wiley is an educational and organizational leadership coach who works with leaders navigating the weight of constant decision-making, emotional labor, and high expectations. He supports leaders who may appear capable and respected on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode.

Through his coaching, Brandon helps leaders reclaim clarity, energy, and direction so they can lead with strength, purpose, and healthy boundaries without sacrificing their well-being, values, or life outside of work.

Brandon also serves as a School Partnership Coach with Challenge Success, where he supports schools working to improve student and faculty well-being, engagement, and sense of belonging. He currently works with schools across Connecticut, New York, and internationally.
