Marcus Bratton

Marcus Bratton, Senior Director, Implementation & Partnership, has been with CEI since 2020 and has over a decade of experience in public education in Colorado and has served as a credit recovery high school teacher, instructional coach, adult facilitator, and school administrator prior to joining CEI. Throughout his career in education, Marcus has always prioritized equity, with a specific focus on implementing structures to provide diverse student groups with excellent social-emotional and mental health supports. This remains true in Marcus' work at CEI which has included guiding the staff at Emily Griffith Technical College through the school’s new, student- centered approach, and supporting with the launch of an Equity Council in the Boulder Valley School District.
