Andrew Neilsen is a coaching and training professional with extensive experience in sports-based youth development, alternative classroom settings, program and people management, and event planning. As Lead Director of Learning at Urban Initiatives, Andrew supports learning experiences that help teams, programs, and young people grow with purpose and impact.

With a strong background in youth development and community-centered work, Andrew brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to building supportive environments for young people and the adults who serve them.
